Nagari Direct is the international trading brand operated by PT. Eksportir Agro Jaya, a registered Indonesian Perseroan Terbatas headquartered in Kota Padang, West Sumatra. We consolidate commodities from sourcing zones across Sumatra and route shipments overland to Belawan Port (Medan, North Sumatra) for export. Our mandate is simple and aggressive: turn the fragmented agricultural output of Sumatra into a single, auditable, export-grade supply stream.
We aggregate intake from producer groups across Sumatra into one consolidation facility where grading, lab verification, and export packaging happen under a single chain of custody. For international importers, that means one contract, one counterparty, one audit trail — replacing the fragmented chain that normally separates Sumatran farms from global buyers.
Our legal backbone is deliberate. Exporting under a Perseroan Terbatas gives every shipment clear legal accountability under Indonesian law — an essential trust signal for industrial importers sourcing agricultural commodities from origin markets.

Sumatra is one of Indonesia’s most productive agricultural islands. Our sourcing footprint spans West Sumatra, Jambi, Riau, and North Sumatra — zones combining fertile volcanic soils, a tropical equatorial climate, and consistent rainfall that support cinnamon, coffee, banana stems, and other high-value commodity crops across highland and lowland farms.
Port routing flexes with commodity origin. Most shipments move overland via the Trans-Sumatra Highway to Belawan Port (Medan, North Sumatra), one of Indonesia’s busiest container ports. Our consolidation discipline keeps quality intact across long-haul transit between sourcing zone and vessel.
